Field Operations Manager
Mitch is Mint’s Field Operations Manager and a fully qualified Tradesman with over 13-years of industry experience.
As the Field Operations Manager, Mitch focuses on ensuring service excellence across the team, with a client-centric approach. He guides our clients from start to finish and provides executive oversight across all jobs. You will find Mitch in our Bondi office, meeting clients, and tackling some of our most complex work.
Mitch also plays a key role as a mentor to our Apprentices, drawing from his extensive knowledge working in both Australia and New Zealand. At Mint, giving back to the industry is a core element of our business and something we are proud of.
Mitch plays a crucial role in delivering Mint Plumbing’s wide range of plumbing services, including blocked drain solutions, pipe relining, and hot water system installations. His hands-on expertise ensures that every job is completed to the highest standard.
