Business Administrator & Co-Founder
As co-founder and business administrator, Emma is an integral part of the Mint Plumbing & Relining team. Emma and Josh proudly grew this family business with a common drive to challenge the industry and develop a new standard of client experience.
With a background in Marketing and Communications, Emma has delivered bespoke strategies, services and tools for clients across the Asia Pacific region. Throughout her career, she developed strong creative and interpersonal skills which have enabled her to effectively form strong relationships while also developing a collaborative working environment. These transferable skills have enabled her to create an environment where the team are passionate and enjoy being part of Mint Plumbing & Relining.
Today, Emma focuses on creating a positive team culture, educational working environment, and a sense of community for the team while ensuring customer service, industry-leading advice, expert workmanship, and trust are at the forefront of our business.
